    Everything was perfect for a family get together, 2x3 bedrooms, over the new year period. Apartments were clean with lots of kitchen equipment. The balcony size was terrific in room102 for eating together ( Tea gardens is a lovely quiet town with very limited eating opportunities, especially during covid).... the wonderful staff were very obliging in our dealings with them, thank you Drew, it was a pleasure to stay at the Boathouse. We will be back!

    It was a great long stay. The service wea good and the apartment was clean. I could capture some beautiful sunrises and see the river from the apartment.
    There are lots of places nearby to buy food or grab a coffee.
    Drew, the manager, is a very nice and cooperative person and very responsive.
    The place is highly recommended.

    The pool, disgusting. We were told that it was supposed to be heated up, the staff were very passionate about it. But, the water was less then warm, it was honestly underwhelming. The tv was incredible fussy, it kept freezing then turning itself off. Lovely staff, comfy beds and beautiful rooms. Just needs extra care to pool and tv.
